Refund policy

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within 14 days of the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post). The revocation is to be addressed to: Biome Diagnostics GmbH, Handelskai 92, Rivergate/Gate2/1.OG, AT – 1200 Vienna. In the event that the revocation declaration is sent by e-mail, it must be addressed to: service@mybioma.com. In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient if you send your notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the revocation period.

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.

We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the goods to us, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods to myBioma immediately, at the latest within 14 days of the day on which you have declared the revocation. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of this period.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

For goods which are delivered sealed and are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, the right of revocation (right of withdrawal) shall not apply if the goods have been unsealed after delivery.
